Every January we will send out a letter that will contain the list of the services renewing for the current year. This letter will contain your prepay total after the 7% discount and sales tax is applied. The Prepay Discount Offer is only good until February 28th before we start the season. You may prepay at any time after February 28th but payments after that date are not be eligible for the discount.
DO I HAVE TO PREPAY?
No, this is an optional offer to save 7% that we extend to existing customers through February 28th.
WHAT IF I ADD A SERVICE DURING THE SEASON AFTER I PREPAY?
The prepayment will sit on your account as a credit. Each service is invoiced after service is performed and will draw from the credit on your account to pay the invoice. If you add a service, e.g. a disease control in July, then the invoice for this disease control service will also draw on your account credit, however this will leave you a shortage at the end of the season. Once the credit is gone you will begin to receive invoices with a balance due.
